Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, promote our cleaning and hygiene products, and support the sales team with lead generation and client communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and potential clients to promote company products. Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide information about product features, pricing, and availability. Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective customers. Follow up on sales leads and convert them into orders. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for product promotions and offers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Collect market feedback and report customer requirements or complaints to management. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate preferred. Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Telesales Associate Excellent communication and convincing skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English. Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM entry). Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-based environment. Good listening skills and ability to handle rejection confidently.
