Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented *Sales Executive* to drive product sales, expand market presence, and strengthen distributor and retailer networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG field sales and a passion for growing brands in the home and hygiene category. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and visit potential retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional clients. * Promote and sell the company’s soap and cleaning product range. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business. * Execute product promotions, schemes, and marketing activities at the retail level. * Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and new trends. * Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management regularly. * Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. * Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order fulfillment. Qualifications & Skills: * Education: Minimum Graduate preferred  * Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG or household cleaning product sales preferred. * Strong communication and negotiation skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently. * Two-wheeler and valid driving license required. * Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets). salary & Benefits: * Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives. * Attractive commission on sales performance. * Travel allowance and mobile allowance. * Career growth opportunities in FMCG sales and business development. Working Hours: * Full-time | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
