*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area

* Lead and manage a team of sales executives/distributors, ensuring performance and productivity

* Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new retail and distribution channels

* Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions

* Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback

* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure alignment and availability

*Requirements*

* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

* Relevant experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, or OTC product categories

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

* Proficient in sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
