Job Title: Manager - Sales

Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Manager - Sales to join our team in key locations across India. As a Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with distributors and key café/restaurant chains, developing a strong base of consultants and channel partners, and delivering on revenue targets. If you have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the coffee industry, we'd love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with distributors and key café/restaurant chains to ensure a pipeline of inquiries resulting in closure and incremental business.

- Channel Partner Development: Develop a strong base of consultants and channel partners to support business growth and expansion.

- Product Knowledge: Build strong knowledge of relevant coffee equipment and ensure end-customers are satisfied with the entire inquiry to installation process.

- New Business Development: Present new ideas and products to current accounts and leverage to increase engagement and business.

- Revenue Targets: Deliver on revenue targets as per deployed plans and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- MBA (Full-time): A Master's degree in Business Administration from a recognized institution.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment sales or coffee-related business, with a proven track record of success.

- Industry Experience: Café operations, restaurant operations, or barista experience preferred.


Preferred Skills:

- Strong Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas and products effectively to clients and stakeholders.

- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build strong relationships.

- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a bias for action and a focus on results.


Salary and Benefits:

- CTC: ₹6-10 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
