Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Dry Fish Products Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of dry fish products across local and regional markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, preferably with exposure to seafood or perishable goods. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell dry fish products to Hotels and restaurants... Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the seafood/FMCG segment Identify new market opportunities and generate leads Achieve monthly sales targets and report to the sales manager Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies Conduct field visits, product sampling, and promotional activities Ensure proper stock rotation and handling practices for dry fish items Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain team for timely delivery Handle customer complaints or product issues promptly and professionally Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience (dry fish or seafood preferred) Good communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of local market and distribution channels Willingness to travel within assigned territory Self-motivated and result-oriented Educational Qualification: Graduate Preferred Skills: Experience in handling dry seafood / perishable products Local language proficiency Existing client network in the seafood or food wholesale sector
