We are committed to operational excellence, team development and a safe,  productive work environment. #RoleSummary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced #SalesManager – #MT, #Ecom & #Qcom to  lead and grow our presence across Modern Trade outlets, E-commerce platforms, and Quick  Commerce channels (like #Blinkit, #Zepto, #Instamart). The candidate will be responsible for driving  revenue, improving visibility, on boarding new accounts, and scaling operations across digital and  modern retail formats. Key Responsibili6es: Modern Trade (MT): * Identify and onboard leading national and regional MT chains. * Negotiate terms, margins and visibility drives. * Ensure timely replenishment, stock rotation and minimal returns * Work closely with buyers & category managers to plan product assortment & pricing. E-Commerce (Ecom): * Manage listings, content, pricing and campaigns across marketplaces like Amazon,  #Flipkart, #BigBasket etc. * Coordinate with digital marketing and operations teams for visibility and fulfillment. * Track performance using marketplace dashboards and suggest optimization strategies. #QuickCommerce (Qcom): * Liaise with #Blinkit, #Zepto, #Swiggy Instamart etc., for product listing and partnership  Opportunities. * Ensure stock availability, attractive pricing and fast replenishment cycles. * Plan geo-targeted campaigns in high-demand zones. Desired Candidate Profile: * Graduate/MBA preferred with specialization in Sales/Marketing. * 4–8 years of relevant experience in MT/Ecom/Qcom sales (FMCG/Packaging preferred). * Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with retail activation strategies. * Data-driven with experience in managing P&L for assigned channels. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Willingness to travel occasionally for market visits and client meetings.
