You'll oversee fitness operations, manage trainers, and ensure exceptional member experiences. Key Responsibilities Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor fitness trainers to deliver high-quality sessions. Operations: Oversee fitness studio operations, scheduling, and logistics. Member Experience: Ensure exceptional member experiences through feedback, support, and issue resolution. Programming: Develop and implement fitness programs, workshops, and events. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of fitness training, safety, and hygiene.
