Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Fitness Manager. The Fitness Manager will oversee daily operations of the fitness center, including coordinating group classes, managing personal training programs, and ensuring safety standards. Responsibilities include creating exercise programs for diverse fitness levels, supervising a team of fitness instructors, and maintaining a motivating environment for clients. The Fitness Manager will also monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise and Group Training program coordination
• Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and proven expertise in Personal Training
• Strong understanding of Exercise Physiology and fitness-related practices
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to oversee instructors and staff
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Certification in a fitness-related discipline such as ACE, NASM, or an equivalent is advantageous
• Background in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is a plus
• A positive, approachable, and client-focused attitude
