Job Description

As a Training Experience Coordinator, your role involves maintaining constant communication with the Format and Operations Team regarding all aspects of Training experience and Personal Training revenue. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving the agreed upon metrics for Training PR, PT PR, PT session completion %, PT renewal %, PT SOP completion %, Trial to pack cvr %, Lead generation, Goal achievement, and PT revenue generation on a monthly basis. - Ensuring adherence of Personal Trainers and general trainers to all training and workflow SOPs, along with leave and shift management as required. - Providing sufficient training guidance on the gym floor for members to deliver a safe and effective training experience. - Facilitating a smooth launch of new product and experience features at the gym by collecting proactive feedback and insights from members and trainers. - Taking ownership of the proper working of all gym facilities and ensuring the maintenance of the facility. - Achieving sufficient personal training targets on a monthly basis. - Delivering a great personal training experience to clients by maintaining benchmark PR, Pack completion %, and success achievement.
