How will you make an impact in this role?

Automation CoE in Controllership is playing a key role in creating state-of-the-art automation solutions. We have a strategic seat at the table and our unique insights are valued in a highly competitive marketplace and increasingly complex finance environment. This team integrates human thinking with machine efficiency to deliver process excellence. The team works to understand processes, automate repeatable, rule based manual intensive tasks, create analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by various tool integrations and processes reengineering.

Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this role is to lead the design and implementation of process automation leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud-native platforms (with a preference for Google Cloud Platform) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across financial processes. The role is critical to scaling automation capabilities, reducing manual effort, and enabling data-driven decision-making within the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities across finance processes using Gen AI, Agentic AI, and other emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define automation roadmaps.

  • Lead end to end delivery of automation projects including requirement gathering, design solution, development and coordinating UAT and ensuring scalability, compliance and controls.

  • Drive innovation by piloting new technologies and frameworks in the automation space.

  • Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for automation delivery.

  • Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new solutions.

  • Lead automation consultants in the team working on different automation projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product management experience including developing strategies, with knowledge of intelligent automation capability

  • Strong understanding of process automation tools (e.g., RPA, ETL, or ML/AI platforms).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

  • Ability to work independently set and manage plans, achieve results. Highly organized and able to effectively multi-task and plan/manage deliverables.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in finance domain is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform is a strong plus.

  • Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI frameworks is a strong plus.
