About the Role:

FP&A professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and quarterly

  financial reporting

  using

  Power BI

  , in alignment with

  RBI

  ,

  IFRS

  , and

  Ind AS

  standards.
• Drive the

  budgeting

  ,

  forecasting

  , and

  long-term planning

  processes.
• Build and maintain

  financial models

  to support scenario planning and investment decisions.
• Conduct

  variance analysis

  , profitability assessments, and business performance reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide

  data-driven strategic insights

• Ensure

  regulatory and internal compliance

  across all planning and reporting activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education

  : CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA

• Experience

  : 7–10 years in

  FP&A

  , ideally in

  NBFCs

  or

  captive finance arms

• Strong command of:

• Power BI dashboards

• Advanced financial modelling

• Variance and trend analysis

• Deep understanding of

  RBI regulations

  ,

  IFRS

  , and

  Ind AS

• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations
• Highly analytical with strong communication and presentation skills
