Job Description

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will collaborate with the leadership team to develop the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plans. Your main responsibilities will include: - Working closely with Business Unit heads to create annual budgets and forecasts - Building models to project long-term growth and identify key business factors - Analyzing financial and operational results to enhance company performance - Providing support to the CFO and business teams on productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics - Partnering with the finance team and central FP&A groups for business reviews - Reviewing processes to suggest improvement recommendations - Evaluating past budgets and expenditures to guide future budget planning - Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for cost reduction, revenue generation, and operational streamlining - Offering insights to senior management on financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability - Managing a team of Financial and Business Analysts Qualifications required: - Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience - Experience in developing financial reports and metrics - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various management levels - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment - Attention to detail while managing competing priorities and maintaining a holistic view - Influence others through effective verbal and written communication - Proven track record of building and empowering high-performance teams - Strong influencing capabilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in financial or digital transformation programs Additional Details: The company values individuals who demonstrate integrity, humility, and build trust with stakeholders.
