Education: CA Qualified

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Chartered Accountant (CA) for the role of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions. A local candidate from Surat with a strong command over financial MIS and reporting will be preferred.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in MIS reporting and dashboard management
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Hands-on experience with Costing, P&L Analysis, and KPI reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to financial planning
• Surat-based candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

• Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management
• Provide a variance analysis report of actuals against the annual budget plan to the management
• P&L analysis reports (Key financial information ratios, and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making)
• Manage all the dashboards
• Preparation and presentation of division-wise financial analysis (PPT) for each division for monthly/quarterly divisional meetings
• Financial planning and analysis
• Prepare the financial KPIs
• Any other job assigned by the management
