Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

You are a dynamic and analytical Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of experience, seeking a role in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) in Surat, Gujarat. Your responsibilities will include driving financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis to assist in strategic business decisions. It is essential for you to have expertise in MIS reporting, dashboard management, financial modeling, costing, P&L analysis, and KPI reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, is required. Your attention to detail and structured approach to financial planning will be crucial in this role. As an FP&A professional, you will be responsible for handling MIS and various management reports, providing a detailed variance analysis report to the management, conducting P&L analysis, managing dashboards, and preparing division-wise financial analysis for monthly/quarterly divisional meetings.
