With this acquisition, GoKwik aims to provide a seamless, frictionless returns experience, covering the entire shopping journey from initiation to successful return, further solidifying its position as a holistic e-commerce enablement partner. Summary At GoKwik, we're looking for an enthusiastic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional responsible for preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Major responsibilities include managing dashboards to monitor key business KPIs, standardizing and automating financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate MIS reporting, performing variance analysis, and driving cost-saving initiatives. You’ll spend time on the following: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Build and maintain management dashboards with key business KPIs. Standardize and automate financial reporting templates to improve efficiency Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for stakeholders, including investors. Functional cost partnering for managing stakeholders and robust cost tracking, driving conversations for cost reviews.` Review of Variances vs targets and deep dive on the cost for MIS preparation and giving insights to stakeholders Review of the Provision with the team at the vendor level for the right tagging and provisioning for Management reporting for cost control Standardizing formats and support to the functional team for Operational challenges Identifying cost-saving initiatives and driving those initiatives with the team for results and Management decision support We’re Excited About You If You Have: Experience in financial planning and analysis. Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, influencing, commercial acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced focused environment. 4+ Years of experience post completing CA in Financial planning & Analysis (FP&A), business finance; preferably
