We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management — from corporate accounting and statutory reporting to budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 4–5 finance professionals and work closely with business leaders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information — all while helping drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of 4–5 finance professionals
-Oversee daily finance operations and monthly/quarterly reporting
-Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
-Handle group consolidation and statutory compliance
-Manage audits and internal controls
-Monitor cash flow and ensure sound financial governance
Requirements:
-CA with 10–12 years’ post-qualification experience
-Strong leadership and analytical skills
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management
-In-depth knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and GAAP principles
