Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller at Urban Tree, Nungambakkam, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Monitor and analyze monthly operating results in comparison to the budget. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements. - Lead and coordinate the annual external audit process and act as the primary contact for external auditors. - Provide timely and accurate information to auditors and implement audit recommendations to enhance internal controls. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - CA certification is highly desirable. - Possess 3-4 years of proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and auditing. - Have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), financial regulations, and audit procedures. - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
