As a Financial Analyst, this role focuses on analyzing and managing client financial data to support lending decisions. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial documents, processing and updating data in internal systems, conducting secondary research, creating financial spreadsheets for approvals, and assisting in monthly reporting. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling financial records and documentation.
1. Requires strong attention to detail and work ethic, with a desire to learn and take ownership of
tasks.
2. Prepare Agreement/Additional documents (pre-defined template)
3. Conduct secondary research and gather accurate data in order to compile and draft contract
("Agreement")
4. Tracking & Reviewing/Drafting client documents and internal database records
5. Document collection and assortment of all financial papers
6. Data Processing: responsible for updating records in the company system
7. Responsible for maintaining client documents and follow up for missing items if any
8. Prepare spreadsheets based on client financials for approval
9. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
10. Performs other duties as required
1. 2 -8 Years of experience in same field.
2. Graduation with 60% and above in entire academics.
3. Proficient in MS-Office (Outlook Word, Excel & PDF)
