About the Role

We are seeking two highly skilled Financial Analysts to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the heart of analyzing financially distressed companies, building robust financial models, and developing restructuring strategies to resolve NPAs (Non-Performing Assets). This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for professionals passionate about corporate finance, business viability, and strategic problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Modelling: Build detailed models to analyze business performance, forecast cash flows, and design optimal debt restructuring plans.

· Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to identify key risks, gaps, and opportunities.

· Valuation: Perform company valuations using DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions to support negotiations.

· Resolution Strategy: Contribute to resolution plans such as OTS (One-Time Settlements), debt-to-equity conversions, and asset sales.

· Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for clients, banks, and financial institutions.

· Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on IBC, SARFAESI Act, RBI guidelines, and evolving market trends related to stressed assets.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• CFA/CA/FRM certifications are preferred (not mandatory but a strong advantage).

Experience:

• 3–5 years in corporate finance, investment banking, credit analysis, or a related field.
• Prior exposure to stressed assets, NPA resolution, or restructuring projects is a big plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent command over financial modeling & valuation techniques (Excel & advanced tools).
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
