About the Role

We are hiring two junior lawyers to support our senior legal counsel in handling insolvency, restructuring, and debt resolution cases. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career legal professionals to gain hands-on exposure to IBC proceedings, NCLT/DRT cases, and corporate debt restructuring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Legal Research: Conduct detailed research on case precedents, IBC regulations, and tribunal rulings to strengthen legal arguments.

· Document Drafting: Prepare petitions, affidavits, legal notices, resolutions, and correspondences for creditors, tribunals, and regulatory bodies.

· Case Management: Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of legal documentation.

· Court Assistance: Support senior lawyers in preparing for hearings and attend proceedings at NCLT, DRT, and other relevant forums.

· Client Communication: Liaise with clients to collect necessary information, provide case updates, and address legal queries under supervision.

· Compliance: Ensure adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance in all legal work.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Must hold a valid license to practice law in India (AIBE clearance).

Experience:

• 0–2 years as a junior advocate, legal associate, or in-house legal professional.
• Exposure to corporate law, insolvency law, or commercial litigation is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Knowledge of IBC, the Companies Act, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and MS Office.
• Excellent logical reasoning, communication, and time management skills.
