About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized administrative professional to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role will be central to managing client communication, record-keeping, and office coordination, enabling our consultants to focus on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
· Office Administration: Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and coordinate with vendors.
· Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients, banks, and other stakeholders. Manage calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
· Record Management: Maintain organized and secure physical and digital case files, ensuring easy team access and strict confidentiality.
· Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars for senior team members, schedule client meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
· Billing Support: Assist with invoice preparation, sending to clients, and tracking payments.
