Financial Analyst

iCIMS is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, based in India and reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and highly analytical finance professional to help propel the business forward through data-driven analysis and influential insights. In this role, you will impact the business by driving continuous improvement and automation in financial and operational reporting and budget analysis. You will also play a key role in forecasting and developing analyses to support growth objectives. This role will report to the Manager, FP&A and will have visibility throughout the finance teams and leadership.

This role will work partially overlapping with U.S. business hours to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

• Serve as financial data expert, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analyses.
• Drive Adaptive Insights integrations, data loads, streamlining efforts, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reporting solutions (i.e. Adaptive) to support forecasts and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data from multiple sources (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Workday, NetSuite).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, HR, Vendor Management, etc.) to ensure timely receipt, validation, and integration of critical data.
• Assist with identifying key drivers of performance at both a consolidated and departmental level.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports.
• Assist with month-end close activities including expense reviews, personnel planning, and variance analysis.
• Support FP&A team in streamlining reports and forecasts.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency, and documentation.
• Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures and values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 or more years of Adaptive experience to include developing and automating reports and dashboards
• Experience with Excel
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve them.
