1. Role Overview

Pantheon Development is executing a comprehensive finance, digital, and operational transformation under Pantheon 2.0. The Finance Transformation Manager will architect and deliver end-to-end improvements across processes, systems, automation, controls, and reporting—covering AR/AP, Treasury, FP&A, O2C, P2P, and R2R.

This role works directly with the COO/CM and collaborates with Finance, IT, Digital. BI, Projects, Sales, Collections, Legal, and external partners.


2. Key Responsibilities

. Finance Transformation & Process Excellence

  • Redesign and optimize core finance processes (O2C, P2P, AR/AP, Treasury, FP&A, R2R).
  • Deploy Lean/Six Sigma and RPA methodologies to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establish SOPs, RACIs, governance frameworks, and internal control matrices.
  • Maintain the continuous improvement roadmap and measure impact.

B. ERP / Digital Finance Systems (NetSuite, Zoho, H2H)

  • Lead system enhancements across NetSuite including ARM, revenue recognition, automated invoicing, collections, and dashboards.
  • Drive full lifecycle PMO—requirements, UAT, release management, documentation.
  • Oversee Host-to-Host (H2H) banking integration and automated reconciliation.
  • Support integration across CRM, Sales, Projects, and Customer modules.

C. Automation & Analytics

  • Lead automation of AR/AP, invoicing, reconciliations, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Partner with BI to deliver enterprise dashboards (DSO, DPO, cash flow, sales-to-cash).
  • Implement data quality frameworks ensuring >95% accuracy across systems.

D. Financial Performance & Reporting

  • Strengthen FP&A processes—budgeting, forecasting, cost-to-complete, margin analysis.
  • Improve monthly close timelines and standardize management/board reports.
  • Deliver project-level financial visibility and performance KPIs.

E. Governance & Change Management

  • Run cross-functional steering committees with COO/CM.
  • Ensure delivery against timelines, KPIs, SOWs, and governance frameworks.
  • Build adoption plans, training content, and change playbooks.

F. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with Finance, IT, Digital, BI, Projects, Sales and external vendors.
  • Manage system integrators, auditors, and banking partners to deliver aligned outcomes.
  • Drive weekly and monthly performance review cycles.

3. Key Deliverables (First 12 Months)

  • O2C and P2P transformation with defined SLAs.
  • NetSuite automation rollout (ARM, Proforma automation, Collections workflows, dashboards).
  • Bank reconciliation automation + H2H integration.
  • Finance KPI dashboard (DSO, DPO, Cash Flow, Project KPIs).
  • Complete SOPs & RACIs for all finance processes.
  • Improved monthly close by 20–30%.
  • Automated collections workflows and reporting.

4. Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Preferred professional qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or CFA.
  • 12+ years of finance transformation, FP&A, controllership, or ERP transformation experience.
  • Hands-on exposure to NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
  • Strong background in BI tools, financial models, automation, and digital finance.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

5. Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of finance processes and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system/process enhancements.
  • Program management, PMO governance, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-growth, transformation environments.
