What We're Hiring For

Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Reporting

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of accurate and timely financial reporting, ensure seamless regulatory compliance (with a strong focus on IRDAI), and manage accounting for subsidiary entities. You'll be working at the intersection of business performance and regulatory excellence—contributing to key financial decisions and driving reporting quality.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting (US GAAP & IGAAP)

• Prepare financials as per US GAAP and IGAAP (P&L, Balance Sheet, Schedules, Disclosures).
• Handle adjustments, reconciliations, and GAAP analysis (e.g., IGAAP to US GAAP).
• Draft technical papers and maintain reporting checklists.
• Liaise with vendors on sub-ledgers and data tools.
• Maintain data catalogs for disclosures and reporting.

IFRS 17 / Ind AS 117 Implementation

• Support the smooth transition to IFRS 17 / Ind AS 117 with accurate reporting controls.

Subsidiary & Consolidated Accounting

• Review and manage subsidiary accounts with accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely Board reporting.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated statements and notes.

Regulatory Reporting

• Ensure timely submission of IRDAI reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Draft notes to accounts aligned with compliance standards.

Parent/Promoter Company Reporting

• Assist in Ind AS FFC, US GAAP, and schedule-based reporting packages.

Audit & Compliance

• Partner with auditors to close IGAAP & US GAAP audits.
• Support SOX compliance and strengthen internal controls.

Cash Flow & Year-End Reporting

• Prepare standalone & consolidated cash flow statements (AS 3).
• Contribute to quarterly/year-end closings and Annual Report prep.
