💰 CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹25,000/month)

Mirus Solutions is a boutique executive search firm working with startups and MNCs across India. We’re looking for a hands-on Finance & Operations Executive with solid core finance experience to support our growing operations.

Role Overview

This is a finance-first role with additional exposure to HR and internal operations. If your finance fundamentals aren’t strong, this role is not a fit.

Key Responsibilities

Finance (Primary Focus)

• Payroll processing and incentive calculations
• Client invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Monthly MIS, revenue & cost tracking
• GST, TDS, ESI coordination and compliance support
• Liaising with banks and Chartered Accountant

HR & Operations (Secondary)

• Support hiring, onboarding, and intern management
• Maintain internal MIS dashboards and reports
• ATS reporting and job postings (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• Support employer branding and internal initiatives

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in core finance/accounts
• (payroll, invoicing, compliance support)
• Strong Excel skills (MIS, data handling, accuracy)
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Comfortable working across multiple responsibilities
