The role will require approximately 6 hours a day on the weekdays and an hour on an average on Sundays. It will include also include hands-on training on regulatory and compliance processes. The key focus areas of the job are: 1. basic finance & accounting tasks such as book-keeping on tally, invoice preparation, expense recording, payments scheduling, cashflow management, budgeting and reporting, expense reimbursement of employees and Directors, insurance, vendor management, company assets management etc (30%) 2. Regulatory and compliance tasks such as TDS filing, GST filing, advance tax, working with CA firm to prepare tax, annual reports, audits etc (will be trained on the job) (10%) 2. Fund management tasks such as investment portfolio management, hedge fund management, (will be trained on the job) (30%) 2. Admin tasks for the 2 Directors such as calendar management, meetings set up, travel support, basic HR tasks such as interview scheduling, office space management, attendance management, leave management etc. (30%)
