Finance & Operations Executive

About the Role

We’re hiring a Finance & Operations Executive skilled in business operations, data, CMS, and cross-team coordination — while also supporting finance reporting and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage business operations tasks including CMS handling, data management, and cross-team coordination.
2. Prepare and share daily revenue and business performance reports.
3. Update accounting data and ensure accurate financial records.
4. Assist in preparing and reconciling financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
5. Support in accounts payable/receivable management and payment follow-ups with internal teams.
6. Maintain proper documentation of finance and operations activities.
7. Work with data to track, validate, and improve accuracy in reports and processes.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
2. 0–2 years of experience in operations and/or finance.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to CMS/ERP tools preferred.
4. Strong with data accuracy, reporting, and analytical skills.
5. Good communication and organizational abilities.
