Key Responsibilities Coordinate creator scouting for sampling and post-acquisition phases. Oversee quality checks on scouted profiles (you will have a scouting team). Manage outreach to creators for first-cut commercials. Compile and organize data for brand sharing. Share creator profiles with the brand. Manage brand feedback, selection, and commercial negotiations. Protect agency margins during negotiation. Finalize creator confirmations. Maintain proper documentation and email trails. Facilitate product dispatch or share ordering links with creators. Collect scripts from creators and route them to the brand. Get approvals and coordinate revisions. Oversee creator video production. Ensure timely approvals. Track publishing and go-live status. Maintain consolidated campaign trackers. Consistently document outreach, commercials, approvals, and final outputs. Serve as the point of contact for campaign-related updates. Address issues, clarify deliverables, and maintain brand trust. Requirements Have 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, client servicing, or campaign delivery. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Be proficient with Excel or Google Sheets. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Maintain a resilient and solution-oriented mindset.
