Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who can manage influencer partnerships, execute campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of brand collaborations. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, high-performing influencer campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) based on brand goals and target audience.
  • Assist in developing influencer strategies and campaign briefs.
  • Coordinate outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of influencers.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for creative alignment.
  • Support budget planning and invoice processing for influencer campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role in a digital agency or brand.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in campaign reporting and analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
