Role Overview:

Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute influencer marketing campaigns across multiple categories (beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and creators.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
• Oversee creator shortlisting, negotiation, and deliverable management.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring timely reporting and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and operations) for flawless execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.
• Support business growth through insights, pitches, and client retention initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital media (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and analytical skills.
