Position Title: Sr. Finance & Internal Controls

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to lead our finance function while also establishing and maintaining a strong internal control environment. This hybrid role combines financial leadership, strategic planning, and internal auditing responsibilities to ensure sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance Leadership

Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support executive decision-making.

Lead the finance team in delivering timely and accurate financial reports.

Develop financial KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.

Internal Audit & Compliance

Design and implement internal audit programs to assess financial and operational risks.

Conduct regular internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in controls and processes; recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (local and international if applicable).

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Operational Excellence & Governance

Implement financial systems and automation tools to improve reporting accuracy and process efficiency.

Establish a strong internal control framework aligned with best practices.

Lead risk management initiatives across financial and operational areas.

Ensure ethical conduct and adherence to corporate governance standards.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with exposure to internal audit, financial planning, and compliance.

Experience in both strategic financial leadership and operational control roles.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and audit tools is a plus.
