Job Description

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Pitch products/services effectively and convert prospects into sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Handle objections and provide solutions that meet customer needs
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of client visits and sales activity
  • Collect market intelligence and feedback for internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Proven 1–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales (freshers with good communication may also apply)
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools or reporting formats
  • Fluency in local language + Hindi/English
