Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Finance Manager role located in Indore. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial activities, developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, they will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations to ensure business efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors
• Support financial planning and analysis for ongoing projects and campaigns
• Improve financial controls and accounting systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws
• Proficiency in Zoho Books accounting software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
• Experience in financial reporting and data analysis
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
