Paras Hospital is Hiring Finance Manager (Gurgaon Location)

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting, P&L & MIS

• Prepare and finalize monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgets and forecasts.
  
• Support the Financial Controller in preparing monthly and quarterly MIS reports with insights on revenue, cost, and EBITDA.
  
• Ensure timely, complete, and error-free financial reporting to Corporate Finance.
  
• Conduct detailed variance analysis for revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  
• Maintain and update financial dashboards for management presentations and decision-making.
  

2. EBITDA Management

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of revenue and expense data within timelines.
  
• Maintain zero escalations on data accuracy and reporting timelines.
  
• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare weekly cash flow forecasts.
  
• Coordinate debtor follow-ups with operations and share weekly aging trackers; ensure less than 5% overdue beyond 60 days.
  
• Review billing discounts and disallowances daily; share consolidated weekly summaries with the Financial Controller.
  

3. Cost Management

• Track and analyze doctor cost/share against the approved budget; highlight exceptions monthly.
  
• Review weekly COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and material consumption for variance and optimization.
  
• Prepare monthly Budget vs Actual expense analysis and variance reports.
  

4. Process, Compliance & Audit

• Act as custodian for all audits (internal, statutory, and management), ensuring timely coordination, documentation, and closure of audit observations.
  
• Provide comprehensive data support and ensure no delays during audits.
  
• Assist in preparation of quarterly statutory and tax compliance scorecards.
  
• Perform random weekly bill audits; ensure corrections are completed within 3 working days.
  
• Maintain updated doctor contract database and track renewals at least 30 days in advance.
  
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF & ESI).
