Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance at our Puducherry plant. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial expertise to support plant operations, cost management, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the plant.
• Manage cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and audits.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and presentations for management.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategies and projects.
• Handle tax planning, risk management, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• ICWA, CA Inter, or CA
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and SAP systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
