About the team: The IT finance and strategy team, is responsible for Kotak Bank’s technology financials, account and budget planning, streamlining IT costs, vendor relationship management and leading and managing strategic priorities for technology vertical. Job Role: Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions. Manage and optimize financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Use advanced excel functions to create and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively. Bring visibility to various internal stakeholders for their YTD/MTD project spend Manage purchase orders and invoices for cloud billing Create and own weekly reporting of AWS spend for senior leadership. Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in financial operations, analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
