Job Title: Purchase Head – Pre-Owned Luxury Cars ( Ahmedabad Candidates Only) Location: Jolly Motors, Ahmedabad Department: Purchase / Procurement Reports To: Director Job Objective: To lead the procurement and sourcing of luxury pre-owned vehicles by building strong networks with individual sellers, brokers, corporates, leasing companies, and dealers, ensuring the best pricing, vehicle condition, and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Procurement: Identify and procure premium pre-owned vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Volvo, Range Rover etc.) through direct purchases and trade-ins. Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive buying. Evaluate vehicle condition, service history, and ownership documents. Vendor & Broker Network: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, finance repossession agents, corporates, and other bulk sellers. Negotiate vehicle pricing and commissions with brokers or vendors. Vehicle Inspection & Valuation: Lead physical and technical inspection of vehicles. Ensure all valuation benchmarks (model, km, year, accidental status, etc.) are matched before finalizing deals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Finance Operations: Handle customer finance documentation for used car loans – from file login to disbursal. Ensure timely coordination between sales team, customer, and finance company. Offer finance options tailored to customer segment (luxury/premium/mid-range). Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for loan approval and disbursal. 2. Bank & NBFC Relations: Build and maintain strong relations with bank/NBFC managers and executives.
