Car Loan Officer

You will be responsible for assisting customers in understanding car loan options and eligibility. This includes coordinating with banks and NBFCs to secure the best finance offers for customers. You will also be required to collect and verify customer documents such as KYC and income proof. Submitting loan applications to financial institutions and following up for approval will be a key part of your role. It is important to maintain strong relationships with bank representatives to ensure smooth processing of loans and timely disbursal of loan amounts for booked vehicles. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a daily MIS of loan leads, status, and conversions. Supporting the sales team in closing deals through quick loan processing will also be part of your duties. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
