Role Summary:

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the used car market, particularly in the premium and mid-range segments, and will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to consistently achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Oversee account management and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Train and mentor team members to improve overall performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and sales skills.
• Proven experience in account management and sales management.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry (particularly used cars) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
