Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, compliance with statutory regulations, and efficient financial planning. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead the finance team.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor budget variances and provide timely analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.

2. Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.

3. Cash Flow & Fund Management

• Monitor daily cash flow and optimize fund utilization.
• Manage banking operations, credit facilities, and financial instruments.
• Ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

4. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency.
• Provide training and support for process improvements.

6. Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights for business strategy and expansion.
• Participate in management meetings and support decision-making with data-driven inputs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field (CA Mandatory).
• Proven experience of 3–5 years in finance management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software (Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
