Finance Manager

As a Finance & Accounts Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. - Provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders. - Develop and manage annual budgets, monitoring financial performance and recommending corrective actions. - Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial health and identify areas for improvement. - Oversee cash flow management, ensuring operational liquidity and implementing strategies for improvement. - Ensure tax compliance, prepare and file tax returns, and advise on tax planning strategies. - Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing training and development opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of experience in a finance and accounting management role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in financial accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently. In addition to the above, preferred qualifications include experience in Freight forwarding & finance Consulting industry and knowledge of Financial tools.
