Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. They will ensure financial compliance, develop and implement financial strategies, and manage financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide strategic financial guidance to senior management

• Manage financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

• Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance to ensure financial stability and growth

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders

• Provide financial advice and support to cross-functional teams to ensure financial considerations are taken into account in business decisions

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting

• Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure effective and efficient financial operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in finance or accounting

• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices

• Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Certification in relevant areas such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Adaptive Insights or Hyperion

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques

• Experience in a leadership or management role
