Finance Manager

Role Overview

Trinath Infrastructure Private Limited (TIPL) is seeking a Finance Manager to bridge engineering and financial management — responsible for project cost planning, cash-flow management, billing oversight and financial risk control across all civil and mechanical projects. This role is central to achieving the firm’s next phase of growth towards larger government and industrial contracts (₹100 + crore scale).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates and variance analyses across sites.
• Conduct techno-economic feasibility and ROI assessments for new bids and projects.
• Work closely with finance and site teams to control procurement and vendor payments.
• Streamline billing to government and private clients (OCC, OMC, IOCL etc.), ensuring timely submission and collections.
• Design financial dashboards to track project profitability, overheads and cash flows.
• Support the MD in strategic decisions on capital allocation, equipment leasing and funding lines with Bank of Baroda, SBI etc.
• Assist in ERP implementation for project finance and audit readiness for ISO certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or M.Com.
• 8-10 years in project finance, cost control or techno-commercial roles in construction / EPC.
• Proficiency in Excel, project accounting software and financial modelling.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on understanding of project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
