Finance Executive

Company Description

We are a growing real estate company with total team size of 15+ employees, having operations in Lonavala (luxurious independent villas) and in Navi Mumbai (residential buildings).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The candidate is required to manage the funds, prepare cash flows, cash forecast, Project cashflows, project budgeting along with preparing monthly MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Preparation of Actual cash flow statements

·      Forecasted fund flow statement

·      Project wise cost analysis and cash flow statement

·      Analysis of actual vs budgeted

·      Various MIS reports as per management requirement

·      Supervision of accounting entries, compliances, audit, controls

·      Tracking Investment, FD, share market portfolio of directors

·      Assist in procurement and co-ordination with other team members

Qualifications

·      MBA(Finance) or CA Inter

·      Work Experience of 3 years +

·      Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance

·      Strong excel knowledge

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills

·      Knowledge of Power BI or any other system is a plus

·      Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus

·      Candidate with the right attitude to learn and willing to contribute are most welcome

Job location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Work days: 6 work days (Mon – Sat)

Timing: 9 am to 6 pm, with Saturday 9 am to 3pm

CTC of 5.5 - 6 lac p.a.

Reporting to: Finance Head
