Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/MBA (Finance)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Preparation and submission of required documentation and financial statements, Due Deligance Report, Arms Lenth Certification, End Use Certification, FATA Certification, Undertaking
• Monitoring and processing of payments to MSME vendors in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintenance and reporting of buyers’ credit details for internal review and audit purposes.
• Tracking and reporting of all import-related payments, including adherence to timelines and documentation.
• Analysis and reporting of credit card utilization, limits, and available balances.
• End-to-end coordination and preparation of financial documents for credit enhancement and renewal with bankers.
• Liaison with bankers for preparation and submission of subsidy-related annexures and certification.
• Preparation and submission of monthly stock statements and DP calculations as per bank formats.
• Maintenance of export receivables and coordination on treasury-related documentation and updates.
• Preparation and timely submission of UFCE certification reports to the bank.
• Day-to-day liaison with banks for routine financial transactions and documentation.
• Providing necessary data and support to stock auditors and ensuring smooth audit completion.
