Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are willing to learn and grow their career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain ledgers, prepare vouchers, and update financial records in Tally.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and bank reconciliations.
• Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance processes.
• Prepare basic financial statements and assist during audits.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documents.
• Provide support to the Finance Manager in budgeting and financial analysis.

Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com in Finance/Accounting.
• Freshers or candidates with 1 year experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is required.
• Understanding of GST/TDS processes (training will be provided).
• Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
