Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Executive to oversee our organization's financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The Finance Executive will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and assisting in financial decision-making to ensure the company’s financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control processes across departments.
• Monitor company cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Conduct variance analysis and present financial insights to management.
• Assist in developing financial models and strategic plans.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA (or pursuing).
• Experience in financial reporting under IFRS or local GAAP.
• Familiarity with corporate tax and GST regulations (depending on region).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
