Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Executive with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing MIS reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance department in all related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all day-to-day financial transactions using Tally ERP/Prime.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

Manage vendor payments, receivables, and reconciliation of bank accounts.

Handle GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

Ensure timely data entry, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups.

Work closely with HR and operations teams for payroll processing and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

1+ years of experience in a finance/accounting role.

Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory laws.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
