Job Summary: -
T his is a full-time on-site finance executive position located in Coimbatore . The Finance Executive will manage daily accounting and journal entries, AP and AR. The role will also require extensive knowledge of goods and services tax (GST).
Roles and responsibilities:
Daily accounting and journal entries .
Managing receipts and payments; keeping accurate records for all financial transactions .
Managing accounts payable and receivable .
Reconcile bank statements and track bank deposits and payments .
Reconcile monthly, quarterly, and yearly receivable and payable transactions .
Maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
TDS, IT, and GST calculations and filings and prepare balance sheets .
Prepare documents for banks and other funding institutions.
Work with statutory auditors for company audits and report preparation .
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports / MIS reports .
Review and implement monetary policies.
Monthly accounting report submission to management .
Requirements: -
Masters, Bachelors, and CA intermediate preferred .
2 years of experience in GST return filing, TDS return filing, and other statutory compliances like PF, PT, company law, etc.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, and Google Sheets .
Experience in Accounts payable and receivable .
Experience in Bank reconciliation .
Experience or knowledge in Treasury work and follow- up.
Experience in Payroll-related work .
Excellent analytical and numerical skills .
Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Communicating with banks, tax authorities, investment firms, and auditors must be comfortable.
