Job Description

Job Title: Finance Executive

B.Com + CMA (ICWA) qualified

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Location : Mohali

We are hiring a CMA (ICWA) Final qualified finance professional with 2 - 4

Key Responsibilities:

Perform month-end close activities: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
Support sales & margin controlling: sales performance tracking, profitability analysis, and MIS reporting.
Monitor OPEX vs. budget and support cost-control initiatives.
Track CAPEX spending, project status, capitalization analysis.
Assist in budgeting, rolling periodic forecasting, and management reporting.
Conduct variance analyses against budget, forecast, and previous periods.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support process improvement.
Continuous process improvement, and data standardization initiatives.
Support in process optimization, automation, and digital transformation in the shared service environment
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
CMA (ICWA) qualified (mandatory)
2 - 4 years in finance controlling, cost accounting, or financial shared services.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools (Power BI preferred).
Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
Prior experience in IT/ITes industry preferred
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy
